Empower Yourself to Try New Things

Are you stuck in a box, do you want the courage to try new things, and do not know how?

Contrary to what it may seem like when you are in a route, the power of making a change lies. Even if you've done the same thing for your entire life and now want to go in a different direction, it's your choice. You have the authority to do what you want to do if you are willing to take responsibility for your power or lack of it. It is important to try new things to have a quality of life; Even if it's just a new hairstyle.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with routine, but there is a difference between satisfied routine and feeling stuck in a box. It's about your opinion, and because the only reality is your opinion, that's what matters most. Sure, it's okay to consider how your choices affect others, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't make a change. Just give some changes a serious thought by weighing the options and determining how it affects you and them before you choose. Once you choose to stick to it. Too often, others let them deter them from making changes that they know are right for them.

One thing that can help you know that it is okay to try new things is to realize that the happier you are in your life, the happier others will be around you. If you feel stuck and worried, and even miserable, misery will disturb others. It is best to figure out how to add novelty to your life, restore your passion and live your true purpose and goals.

Fear of change can be traced to the fear of death, injury or any kind of pain that is "dead as". If you can rationalize that you are not likely to die of one of the changes you want to make, and you will not be hurt or experience pain that you cannot cope with, you may be able to come to a place of empowerment. No one said it would be easy, but the change begins by learning how to think about something new.

Remember, the biggest change will bring joy to your life – eventually. How many times have you tried something new that wasn't so good, but it led to something else wonderful and amazing in your life? How many people have taken a hope of something new and now they cannot imagine their life back on the old road? Most successful people, if you ask them right now if they would change something they've ever done in their lives, they say no. Although the things they have gone through are terrible. They know that there is a lesson in everything to help you learn and grow.

So take the plunge, start small, and before you know it, change will be your friend.

Are You Happy With Your Hairdresser and Salon?

How many times in your life do you think you should go to a salon to get your hair cut or styled? Let's see if you start when you are about 2 years old and go 6 times a year until you are 70 years old, it turns out that it is over 400 visits. Even more impressive is the sum of money (over $ 12,000 USD for average $ 30 visits) you will end up spending in your lifetime to cut, style and care for your hair. It doesn't even include special hair care products or additional services like color, perms, treatments etc.

With these statistics, it is safe to say that our hair is an important part of our lives. Finding the right hair stylist and salon is crucial for the end result of any hairstyle or process at all. Emiliano Vitale, creative director of E Salon in Wahroonga Australia, says: "All customers look to us. It is up to us to listen carefully, understand our customers' needs and desires and then translate this into a style specially designed and tailored for their lifestyle and personal needs. "We have invited Emiliano to visit us and answer some questions about salons, hairdressers and hairstyles. Below is his insightful answer:

Question: Men and women spend thousands of dollars every year at salons and care about their hair. Yet, most report that they are less than satisfied with the results. When you read some of the salon reviews out there you will find people who look like their cut / color / perm but are very dissatisfied with the service. Some describe salons with arrogant, rude or uncomfortable hairdressers and staff. Why is E Salon different in this regard? How do you handle customer complaints?

Emiliano: First of all, the hairdressers are a reflection of their leaders. You do not have rude or arrogant team members – you have rude and arrogant owners. Hairdressers globally, actually humanity globally wakes up every morning and wants to give their best. Then they come to work and are rude just because they are not appreciated or lack self-worth. It is every leader's duty to devote himself to his team and to inspire their team to cooperate in a spirit of harmony.

The only reason we succeed is that I devote myself to my team. I promised a long time ago that when one of my team members leaves, they will leave a better person and a better hairdresser. It is easy to blame our team members for making mistakes and not being good enough. But I can assure that if we all, including the OWNER, realized that the person looking back at us in the mirror was responsible for the condition of our life, then this industry, let alone this world, would be a bigger place.

I train my people to see themselves as really great people, and by doing so they see greatness in everyone else. I promise to give them an extra life and that's what I'm aiming for. My team members are the nicest and most remarkable I know.

At E Salon we treat Man, not hair. We encourage and welcome any feedback. Complaints are an opportunity to show the world what kind of person you are. Many hairdressers take a complaint as a personal attack on them. As a leader, it is our responsibility to educate our people properly and to care for them and their spirit.

I'm sorry; There are no rude and arrogant hairdressers — just incapacitated leaders. Always look at man and give your best in the evey moment in every situation. What you give is what you get — it's so simple.

Question: When are you the first to meet a client who wants a new hairstyle, what is your working method?

Emiliano: The first thing I do is ask many questions, such as "Why do you want to change your look? What do you not like about your hair?" I try to find as much history as possible, including everything he / she has been unhappy and content with. Next, I like to feel the hair to determine its thickness and structure. Then I look for some unusual growth patterns. Finally and most importantly, I look at the face shape, leg structure and the client's overall style. I focus on fitness and I try to reinforce the strengths they can have, ie eyes, lips cheekbones etc. Examples of pictures of hair styles that customers think are also very useful for letting me know what my customers like.

Question: How much is it like a salon owner to keep up to date with today's hair and fashion trends?

Emiliano: It is imperative that we keep ourselves updated on what happens in the hairdresser's world. Although it is more important to know who you are in relation to fashion. In today's world, every fashion designer and hairdresser does his own thing. We have to find what we identify when it comes to fashion, and with the first inspiration it makes it develop into something that is unique to us.

It is so important to be a leader who is not a follower and to be true to yourself. In the state of truth you will be able to use a universal source of what is fashion anyway. It is a purely surreal experience when you come up with an original idea and realize that others have had the same idea, very cool.

Question: Many hairdressers strive to please and give their customers the haircut they want. For example — a client takes a photo of a hairstyle that he / she really likes and wants to get the same look. Have you ever told a customer that — NO that hair style or color doesn't work for you?

Emiliano: Absolutely! If I feel a hair style does not fit a client, I will not hesitate to let him / her know how I feel. That's why my customers pay me $ 110 a cut. That being said, I must also contradict myself by saying that hair is about the person wearing it, not the hairdresser.

By knowing who you are and believing in yourself, you attract customers who like what you do. Therefore, you will very rarely have a client in your chair who doesn't like what you do.

Question: Which salon products do you use and how do they import into creating useful hair styles?

Emiliano: We use Oreal styling products. My favorites are; Gloss Wax, Liss Control and Pure Gloss Spray in the series, Smoothing Serum in the Texturline series with Artic (L & O; Oreal) and Kiwi Blow serum in the Kiwi series.

Without products, I don't think we could really produce the results we're looking for.

Question: It's one thing to get out of the salon that looks amazing. It is completely different to create the look on your own at home. Do you offer styling advice and training for your clients?

Emiliano: I offer the right advice on which products to use and how to use them to achieve results.

Question: What can we expect for Fall 2004 hairstyles? What are the popular colors, lengths, styles?

Emiliano: From me you can expect short crowns with longer lengths, creating seamless layers and transition from short to long. I still work with asymmetry and disconnected lengths. Fringes are still very hot. I love something Rock Chic looks. I try to make my models and clients like rock stars.

Colors are more a technology thing rather than actual colors, but I work a lot with mahogany and nut brown. The highlights are deeper but they look through the hair, not at the top of the hair. I have been working on this technology for a couple of years, just varying the location of color. Right now we are working with great contrast in color.

Question: Where do hairstyle trends start anyway?

Emiliano: I think hair trends do not begin, they develop. They definitely start by the hairdresser instead of the customer. For example, let's look at the last season. The hair trends have a very thirties and eighties influence. Now it definitely did not begin later, though it developed from that period and was adapted to today.

I will try to start my own trends. Currently I work with my GARAGE collection in the salon and my L 'Oreal tour. The collection has extremely short crowns, varying lengths, with asymmetry and disconnection. Trends are inspired by something. They can be inspired by a movie, a song, a painting — with inspiration everything goes. You have to trust your instincts. Fashion is what you love. LOVE IS FASHION

Question: At a global level do you see a trend on how new hairstyle models develop?

Emiliano: Personally, the entertainment industry inspires me. I think Hollywood has a great influence on setting trends. European hairdressers, especially English, are great translators of this. Taking the mantle as trend sets, you definitely need to earn it.

I know that many hairdressers look at fashion and the designer's new collections for inspiration. You know that everything goes and it usually begins by a child on a street corner who has cut his own hair and it has been exposed to some top stylist, designer or even director.

Fashion is what you do and who you are in context with that way.

Question: What are some of the current hair concerns that your customers experience and what types of treatments do you offer?

Emiliano: In Australia, hair is very good right now when we are in the winter. If anything, the hair is a bit dehydrated. We offer the complete range of effect dose treatments from Oreal. They are quick and easy treatments and make such an immediate change in hair. My favorite here is the Shine Blonde treatment which is a toner as well as a treatment. The result is amazing!

Question: Do you have hard and fast hair care advice that applies to everyone?

Emiliano: Use very little conditioner. Apply it first in the middle and lengths, comb it through the rest of the hair. When applying mousse, apply it slowly and with a comb, a little after a little while. Always finish with a gloss spray for shine.

Question: There is a study that says one of two women is dying hair. Many women do it themselves. What kind of color products do you use and why would you recomment that women go to the E Salon for color treatment?

Emiliano: We exclusively use Oreal Professional products. We recommend that customers come to us for color because we are trained professionals. COLOR FOR HAIR RIGHTS THAT LIKE SKETCH, IT LIVES THE LIFE! The reason I feel that one of two women is dying their hair at home is our own fault. We need to spend more money training our people and taking responsibility ourselves. We tend to blame the companies for making and selling hair dye products in the supermarkets. If we did our jobs correctly, companies would not have to sell in pharmacies and supermarkets.

Question: What are your recommendations for someone looking for a new hairdresser or salon?

Emiliano: Go in for a tumble dryer and take part of all the work that is going on around you. Look for someone who puts love for his or her work. They are a rare breed and when you find them, cherish them. You will notice that they hit their hair, as if you were to pat a cat. They put their heart and soul in their work and they look at what they do and how their hair falls. The best hairdressers will ask about you, not talk about themselves. Always choose the stylist in a salon with the worst haircut. The best hairdressers cut everyone's hair.

I tend to get many customers of people who ask my customers in the street who cut their hair. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and take pictures. When you find a happy and content-free team of hairdressers, you are sure that your money goes to someone who makes a difference in their customers' lives.

Thank you Emiliano for your thoughts and insights on hair styles and salons!

Emiliano: Final Word: Be brilliant and accept yourself for the glorious man you are, for the simple reason that you are. GOD BLESS! Emiliano

Free Catamaran Designs – As Many As You Want!

Catamaran design is a specialized company. Or they would make you believe. If you want to build a catamaran for yourself, you need some real plans. You may have found me that not only they are extremely expensive, the plans that are commercially available do not really seem to fit the bill. The alternative is to approach a professional boat hull designer to design it for you.

IT will cost you

What's wrong with that? Well, first of all, it will cost you a lot of money. These guys don't come cheap. But more importantly, you will rely on someone else's interpretation of the catamaran design that you are looking for. What happens if after two weeks of this expensive designer's time you find that his design is not entirely what you had thought of?

What are you doing?

1. Will you ask him to spend more time (and more of your money) on redesigning the design?

2. Or, to keep costs down, you just go with what he has come up with, even if it does not fully match your ideal?

3. Or should you just pour the money down the drain and abandon the idea?

You can see the problem. I have seen the above scenario develop a couple of times and in both cases the customer has gone to option 2. The result is that they have ended up in a catamaran design that resembles their original idea, but disappointed, not really on the nail.

Design it yourself

A much better way to approach the catamaran hook design if you are considering building a catamaran, or having a built for you, is to design yourself. For less than the cost of an hour of a professional boat designer's time, you can purchase built-in software that enables you to realize your ideas for yourself.

"Don't talk nonsense!" I hear you say. I don't know the first thing about designing a catamaran. Well, my father taught me to always be somewhat skeptical about statements made by people. Who says catamaran design is a specialized company? Well, it is part of a learning curve involved, but I have discovered that it is not as difficult as people knock out. As usual, they only protect their own interests.

Get the design you want!

Even if you have no experience and are a bit shaken by the idea, the software will guide you through the process to help you achieve what you are looking for. I have now designed and built two catamarans using this software and let me tell you that I will never come back to a professional for a boat hull design ever again. The pleasure of being from both designing and building your own catamaran takes a little to beat, let me assure you. And even if you just want to experiment with your ideas first, you soon get the confidence to continue and start preparing your plans for your first catamaran. And once you've done one, you will find that you can continue churning them out, one by one. Well, maybe they are not strictly free, but with the freedom to design within their fingertips they can also be.

And when you put one of your catamaran designs into production, you really start enjoying your catamaran sailing like never before!

Working From Home As a Nail Technician – What You Should Know

Have you recently qualified as a nail technician and are you now interested in working from home? Creating your own business can be very rewarding. But only if you know exactly what you are doing.

The great thing about working from home is the fact that you have to spend more time with family and less time traveling. It gives you the same amount of freedom as a mobile technician would; only you do not have to travel at all if you leave home. But while it may be a good decision, you need to know how to go about setting up a home business correctly.

Here's how to set up a nail salon for the home

The first thing you need to think about is where exactly you should set up the salon. Which room would be better? Do you want it to be separate from the rest of the house or will you just deal with working in the kitchen? You must take into account the size of the equipment and the working conditions you will encounter. Do you really work in your kitchen?

Once you have decided where to have the salon, make sure that the health and safety regulations are met. You can do this by looking at the HABIA website. You need to plan the layout carefully and you also need to seek approval from local authorities so you can run a business from your premises.

Another potential problem you may find is that there can often be a smell that comes with the equipment you buy. This smell can spread throughout the house and it can affect family life. Even the fact that strangers come in and go out all the time can also interfere with family life. So you have to try to keep the two as separate as possible.

One disadvantage of working from home that you may not have considered is that you do not have any colleagues to chat with. When you work in a salon you will regularly chat with your colleagues and they will help to brighten the day. You will still have customers to talk to, but it is not always the same. So you might think it is a bit insulating sometimes.

Overall, working from home can be good and it gives you the flexibility you need if you are a working parent. But you have to make sure you plan everything carefully so that you have the best chance of success.

Apres Hair Transplant – How to Style Your Hair: A Brief Overview of Men’s Hairstyles

Hair loss affects more than 35 million men in the United States. Let's face it … We're all obsessed with our hair.

Whether it's "long, straight, curly, fuzzy, snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty, greasy, greasy, spotty, brilliant, shiny, flowing … or spaghettied," we all want it.

Hard loss can damage our confidence, trust and relationships.

Hunting for hair is an eternal endeavor that spans gender, age and social status.

Once you've got it, there are some ways to steal it.

Men's changed hairstyles over the years

In the 1950s, Elvis broke on stage as a music and style icon and film soloist like Tony Curtis set the tone for clothing, fashion, hair and stylish looks.

Both Elvis Presley and Tony Curtis had their black hair licked back in a "ducktail" or DA (for the spirit's ass). The hair from the head's sides was combed and smeared back with Brylcreem, meeting in the back in a look resembling a breathing ass and giving rise to the rebellious teens called "greasers".

John Travolta was the deciding greaser like Danny Zuko in – what more? – The Broadway show and the movie fat.

Also popular in the 1950s was the men's pompadour – hairstyle high up and named Madame de Pompadour, darling of Louis XV. Ricky Nelson, 1950s teenage heartthrob, had one.

Later, Silvio Dante on the soprano had a pompadour and, to a lesser extent, Conan O & B; Brien, previously hosted Late Night with Conan O & # 39; Brien.

When the Beatles came to America in 1965, Beatlemania released new trends and styles, including the Beatle Boots and Beatlecuts – or long earrings with earrings. It was all rage and became a sign of social conformity.

In the 1960s, black men (and women) afros grew and declared "black is beautiful".

Afros gave way to dreadlocks in the 1970s, popular by Bob Marley and Jheri curls. Think Samuel L. Jackson in the 1994 Quentin Tarantino movie, Mass Fiction.

The ubiquitous shag was everywhere in the 70s. Popularized by rockers like Rod Stewart, the style was "unisex", carried by both men and women.

The most famous woman with a shag was Farah Fawcett. Who can forget her iconic poster in the red swimsuit?

Punk rock brought Mohawks and spiked jewelry.

Nikki Sixx and Bon Jovi epitomized the big hair in the 1980s.

Fast winding to the 1990s. Men's hair is shorter. The main cut, as a way to handle male patterns, is on trend, popular by sports characters Michael Jordan and André Agassi as well as actor Bruce Willis in Die Hard.

Currently, Emo, a fashion, is borne by both Justin Bieber and Adam Lambert, American Idol runner-up. The style is stored, nailed and brushed forward to the face, sometimes with kind of bright colors, such as pink or green.

Whatever style you choose, there are some to avoid.

Think Duane "Dog" Chapman – and his straggly mullet – and the ubiquitous comb over used to hide hair loss, carried by celebrities like Donald Trump, John McCain and even Homer Simpson.

The less said about these styles the better.

Your hair should enhance your appearance – style it wisely.

Is Your Hairstyle Causing Your Thinning Hair?

Thinning hair is the result of regular, non-genetic hair loss that can be caused by a number of causes, including hormonal changes in the body experienced by pregnant women and after menopausal women, to poor nutrition as a result of a disease time.

Aside from these reasons, a very common and often overlooked cause of thinning hair continues to wear the hair in hard hairstyles, putting unnecessary tension and pressure on the hair roots which routinely reduce them over time and cause them to fall out early. When the hair reaches the end of its normal growth phase, they fall out and preferably after going through the rest, they should grow and go through the whole cycle again. However, constantly pulling, or pressure on the hair damages the follicles and can cause them to become inflamed. Inflammation inhibits circulation by limiting the follicles access to vital nutrients required for healthy hair to grow.

Here is a list of the most common hairstyles, which in the case of exaggeration can lead to thinning or trachealopecia.

1. Drawbar horses

These hair pieces have a comb and drawstring to secure them on top of the head. Staple pads are attached to the hair after the hair has been folded back into a dense bun. Hair gel is sometimes used to get a smooth and smooth finish to the natural hair held in a bun. The horseshoe ponytail is then fixed by clamping it in place with the cam and using the drawbar to secure it. Although they are a convenient way of styling your hair, frequent and constant use can cause thinning hair and bald patches, especially in the area where the ponytail is attached.

2. Seal the buns

The hair is twisted, rolled hard and then fastened with pins or ties. The continuous effect of turning and rolling the hair can weaken the threads and damage the follicles, resulting in thin hair.

3. Weaves

This is a style that is very popular (but not limited to) among black women and means that human or synthetic hair tissues are attached to natural hair, often sewing on it in the grooves. Wefts are sometimes also attached by using an anti-sponge adhesive called adhesive adhesive. Weaving is often used to stop the appearance of thinning hair, but unfortunately it can also cause dehydration and hair loss, as the corners to which the extensions are attached are very dense to make the fabric longer. Binding can also cause hair loss when a proper remover is not used to break the adhesive bond completely prior to removal.

4. Braids

The hair is braided in thin, supple braids, sometimes with the addition of decorative objects or with hair extensions braided in the hair (remember Brandy's signature braids?). Apart from the pulling effect caused by the dense braid, the hairline has been hit by the hairs to which the extensions are attached are usually weak and unable to cope with the weight of the extra hair.

5. Cornrows

These are a type of braids where the hair is braided near the scalp. This style is favored for being a low maintenance, aesthetic hairstyle, but can lead to tractional apecia if the cornrows are too tight because they put undue pressure on the hair, especially around the hairline.

6. Pinch hair extensions

These hair extensions are made by cutting machine-made hair weights in different lengths and attaching clips to each piece. They can be cut on the natural hair in different places, including the back, face sides, etc. They are usually used to add color to the hair or to give the appearance of fuller hair. Improper application by cutting the extensions too tightly or allowing the rocks to dig into the scalp at all times when applied can lead to traktionalopeci .

Stop Groin Sweating in 7 Easy Steps

It's the kind of thing people don't like to talk about. When you can't stop sweating "down", you don't just want to post an ad on the yellow pages so everyone knows about it. Groin sweating affects millions of people and although so many seek desperately for a solution, very few give one. This is because it is such a taboo problem. The term alone has a connotation of poor hygiene. What guy or girl wants to admit they have had such a problem, even less spent their time with a plan of attack?

Well, my friends – I am that guy. I can also tell you …

If the shame of groin sweating is not enough to make you look for an alternative solution, it is surely discomfort. The constant sweating of your groin and inner thigh causes TERRIBLE irritation, rash, dryness, odor and a whole host of other problems. Here you will discover the 7 most effective and useful tactics to lay groin in bed and PRONTO. Let's start and stop sweating for good!

1. Cool down before you start:

To start the process on the right foot it is important that all showers end with cold water. You do not need to freeze yourself right out of the shower. In the beginning, use warm water to wash off. When you get to the end of your shower time, gradually lower the temperature of the water to the last minute where you basically shower your "candies" with a super cold soak. It just gets a little awkward for a minute.

This technique avoids the annoying situation where you start sweating when you leave the shower. It gives you a good start for the next technology.

2. Powdering your parts:

When you come out of the shower, wipe it off. You do not want any kind of wetness in your regions, so get aggressive with that towel. Eat every tray!

Apply a fairly generous amount of talcum powder to your groin, buttocks, inner thighs and undercarriage – yes UNDERWEAR (that's my fancy medical term 🙂

Talcum powder absorbs any moisture that may occur during the day. If you sweat, the sweat will mix with the talc and evaporate the powder and allow you to dry with a fresh scent.

If Talcum is not enough to do the job, try Goldbond's Medicated Powder. You can get this on most drugstores and it works very well. Goldbond's has a cooling effect so it will actually make your groin feel cooler (an interesting feeling the first time). I love these things. Goldbond also neutralizes itching and irritation, so if the skin down there is already a bit sensitive or chaffed, it will be a huge relief for you.

3. Wear respiratory tract:

I know it sounds like simple advice, but the very first item you need to check out on your list is breathing underwear. If you are not wearing cotton – you are doomed to fail to overcome this problem. For the most part, the respiratory underwear is not enough to cure light sweating alone. But it comes help you strengthen the power of previous solutions.

4. Deodorize Your Thighs:

I know it sounds weird, but layers on a thin layer of mild deodorant will do wonders if you sweat from your inguinal region (inner thighs). This week between your groin and your inner thigh is where the problem generally begins. Don't put deodorant on your groin. It has "bad idea" written over it. Instead, test a very mild antiperspirant such as Hydrosalgel or even degree on your inner thigh. Remember that this is very sensitive skin, so if irritation occurs, stop immediately.

5. Avoid loose underwear:

Although it should be breathable, your underwear should be stylish as well. If clothing or underwear is too loose (for men in particular), your thighs will rub against your buttocks more directly and cause the sweating to begin.

6. Greet all chaffing:

Before you do any of these things, make sure you handle a healthy situation down there. If you have chaffing or rash from previous sweating, take care of the irritation before wiping out the area.

I mentioned Goldbond's powder above to prevent the sweating. The brand also has a healing lotion, made especially for chaffed skin. You can also use Eucerin Cream or Aquaphor (two moisturizing lotions) to treat the affected area.

7. Cut down on cuts:

If you normally shave your place down there, you may want to keep or at least adjust the frequency of your intimate haircut schedule. Although smaller hair on your groin definitely reduces the amount of sweating, it does comes Encourage irritation and chaffing.

Start with these 7 steps And you get a good start. There are more advanced treatments such as Botox for lightening (usually done on the inner thigh) but do not run away with the thought of such an extreme cure until you have tried these practicals.
